In some cases a county may be split and assigned to multiple top REALTORS depending on how large the territory is. How does it work?

Like an asset manager, List Smart uses internal business methods that are considered to be trade secret as far as how we exactly operate. Our goal is to partner with real estate agents in a specific region of their market throughout the country. All List Smart registrations will be exclusively assigned to partner REALTORS.
